WHAT WE DO
PROFESSIONAL FIRST RESPONSE WITHOUT THE CALL OUT.
Mobile patrols involve our SIA licensed officers making regular, randomised visits to your property in marked or unmarked vehicles. Because the timing is varied, opportunistic criminals can never predict when a patrol will occur dramatically reducing the likelihood of a break in, vandalism, or theft.
On each visit, your officer checks perimeter, gates, access points and lighting. Any concerns are logged via our digital reporting system and you receive a patrol report. If anything is found to be wrong, they respond on the spot or escalate immediately.
Mobile patrols are a cost effective alternative to a permanent static guard particularly for sites that need regular checking but don't require someone on site 24 hours a day.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
MOBILE PATROLS FAQS
What is the difference between mobile patrols and a security guard?
A static security guard remains on site permanently, while mobile patrol officers visit your site multiple times over a shift often covering several locations in one route. Mobile patrols are typically more cost effective for sites that need regular checks rather than a constant on site presence. They're particularly good as a deterrent because the irregular timing means criminals cannot predict when someone will attend.
How many times will you patrol my site in a night?
This depends on the package you select and the specific requirements of your site. Typically we can offer between 2 and 6 patrol visits per night. We'll recommend a frequency based on your site's risk profile, previous incident history and the nature of what's stored or operating on the premises.
Will I receive proof that a patrol happened?
Yes, absolutely. If you have GPS tracking, our team will use this so it is logged digitally. You'll also receive a written patrol report after each visit, time stamped and signed by the attending officer. If any issues are found, these are flagged in the report with details of any action taken.
Can mobile patrols be combined with alarm response?
Yes and this is one of the most effective combinations. Our mobile patrol officers are also available for alarm response, meaning the same team that knows your site can respond rapidly if your alarm activates. Combining the two services often represents excellent value compared to paying separately for each.
Do patrols operate during the day or only at night?
Both. While most clients use mobile patrols for overnight and weekend cover when their site is unoccupied, we also offer daytime patrols for sites with ongoing vulnerability such as open construction sites, large car parks, or vacant properties. We'll work with you to build the right schedule.
