INITIAL INTERVIEW
A member of our operations team will email you within 2-3 working days to discuss your availability for a 1:1 interview and answer any questions you have.

VETTING & DBS
All offers are subject to DBS check, right to work verification and reference checks. We'll guide you through this process straightforwardly and support you at every stage.

WELCOME TO AKON SECURITY
You'll receive your induction, site briefings, and be matched to shifts that fit your availability. Your first day starts with full support from the operations team.
