THE ROLE
19 YEARS OF PROTECTING KENT & LONDON.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
FAQS
Do I need a Door Supervisor licence specifically, or will a Security Guard licence do?
For any work at licensed premises, pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants, you legally require a Door Supervisor licence. A Security Guard licence is not sufficient for licensed venue work. If you currently hold a Security Guard licence and want to progress to door work, we can point you to OnnPoint Training to support your upgrade.
What types of venue do you cover?
e work with a wide range of licensed premises across Kent, from independent pubs and nightclubs in Canterbury, Herne Bay, and Folkestone, to hotels, restaurant venues, and private event spaces. We also provide door supervision at ticketed events, private parties and university events. Our client base is varied, which means our door supervisors get broad experience across different environments.
Are shifts guaranteed or adhoc?
We offer a mix of both. Some door supervisor positions are on ongoing venue contracts with regular weekly shifts, Friday and Saturday nights are the most consistent. We also have ad hoc and relief shifts available for those who want maximum flexibility. When you apply, let us know what you're looking for and we'll match you accordingly.
Do I need to provide my own uniform?
Full uniform requirements are confirmed at your induction.
Can I work both venues and events?
Yes. Many of our door supervisors work across both venue and event shifts, which is a great way to build varied experience and maximise your available hours. Our events team operates across a busy calendar of festivals, concerts, and public events across Kent, your Door Supervisor licence qualifies you for both.
