• Carrying out pre-event checks of venues/ sites where necessary

• Ensure a welcome atmosphere

• Provide exceptional levels of customer service

• Act as a highly visible deterrent

• Ensure the upmost safety of guests and staff within the venue/ site

• Demonstrate ability to confidently handle conflict and manage difficult situations effectively and professionally

• Liaise confidently with venue management

• Deliver outstanding approachable customer service

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing laws

• Record accurate incident reports in a timely manner

• Monitoring crowds for disorder and overcrowding

• Responding to emergencies in a mature and efficient manner
