What does the role involve?

Carrying out pre-event checks of venues/ sites where necessary
-
Ensure a welcome atmosphere

Provide exceptional levels of customer service

Act as a highly visible deterrent

Ensure the upmost safety of guests and staff within the venue/ site

Demonstrate ability to confidently handle conflict and manage difficult situations effectively and professionally

Liaise confidently with venue management

Deliver outstanding approachable customer service

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing laws

Record accurate incident reports in a timely manner

Monitoring crowds for disorder and overcrowding

Responding to emergencies in a mature and efficient manner
Akon Security are based in Canterbury but operate across Kent.
An applicant with access to their own transport that is able to travel to any one of our sites is desirable.
